Requestiong any replacement to our Customer Service Center should be made within 7 days with stating regarding cause / reasons.
Customers should bear any shipping fees for replacements / returns due to ‘change of minds.’
Any request for a replacement to another item shall be deemed as change of mind.

Any products that are stretched / contaminated / damaged may also not be replaced/ exchanged/ returned no matter they are worn only once. Please send us any items with tags on and with according packages.
